Job Overview

1.- Administrar los recursos para cumplir con las metas establecidas en los indicadores:
(S)Seguridad: 0 accidentes, sistema BAPP, NEAR MISS, codiciones, SMAT, SEWOS, revision Indicadores IFI, FAI ,etc.
(Q)Calidad: Auditorias básicas, auditorias funcionales, reclamos de garantía, etc.
(D) Productividad y Entrega: THROUGHPUT, FTC,FTQ, OEE,OLE, MP, ATTAINMENT.
( C ) Costo: OPE, SCRAP, MM&S asi como la creacion de Kaizens para lograr el objetivo de costo de transformacion
(M)Moral: Ausentismo, reconocimientos, capacitación, sistema de sugerencias, preservacion del medio ambiente
( E ) Ambiental: Implementación y cumplimiento del sistema ambiental, tikets ambientales.
2.- Eficientar los procesos productivos bajo su cargo para asegurar la calidad y satisfacción del cliente.
3.- Establecer un plan de carrera para la gente bajo su cargo.
4.- Establecer el plan de capacitación para la gente bajo su cargo, contemplando el entorno que la compañía necesita
5.- Implantar, promover y mantener las iniciativas de reduccion de costo
6.- Formar, promover y mantener el sistema de equipos de trabajo un ambiente de responsabilidad, confianza y desarrollo.
7.- Implantar, promover y mantener un entorno de mejora continua.
8.- Administrar la existencia de refacciones mecánicas, eléctricas, etc., para el funcionamiento del equipo bajo su cargo
reduciendo inventarios, dando el seguimiento con su Maintenance Planner
9.- Administrar y/o participar en proyectos para su equipo productivo por mejora, obsolescencia, cambios de procesos
10.- Involucrarse y participar en los cambios de ingeniería del área bajo su cargo.
11.- Desarrollo y seguimiento del plan de producción diario.
12.- Coordinar actividades de PQL para el logro de 0 REPARACIONES Y 0 SCRAP
13.- Coordinar actividades del Maintenance Planner para el logro de 0 Breakdown
14.- Dar seguimiento a los proyectos , Asegurar la entrega de los ahorros en forma semanal.
15.- Dar seguimiento a los proyectos top 10 derivados de Matriz QA y cierre delo sde TOS(cola de escorpión en su área
en un tiempo máximo de 1 semana )
16.- Asegurarse del cumplimiento semanal de las funciones del TEAM LEADER a su cargo, proporcionar el recurso
para que cumpla con las metas.
17.- Asegurarse de que se lleve semanalmente la junta de TEAM LEADER con su grupo natural , asegurándose de que
se atiendan en forma sistemática los requerimientos
18. Asegurarse del llenado de los tableros Capacitación y BALANCE SCORE CARD del area
19.- Asegurarse del cumplimiento de los procedimientos incluidos en la STATION READINESS de cada una de sus
estaciones de trabajo.
