Corporate Leadership Development (CLD) Program is geared towards high performing individuals who are willing to take on a challenge and are adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge. Participants gain exposure to core business operations by working on vital audit projects and comprehensive business process analysis within the Industrial, Commercial and Corporate Staffs organizations. Through this unique experience, participants gain valuable insight into business operations and naturally build leadership skills. Upon completion of the program requirements, which are generally completed within 2 -2 ½ years, graduates are equipped with a strong business foundation and leadership skills necessary for future success.•Managed by IA&C APAC and work on a variety of cross-functional project teams who manage all aspects of the business audit activity. •Complement the consulting and project experience and take part in leadership development training to strengthen their ability to lead change and lead others. •Gain a foundation in risk identification/management, business policies and controls, process improvement, consensus building, ethics and compliance. •Paired with an executive mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the program. •Work primarily at the FCA APAC Headquarters Office, Dawning Center in Shanghai, China, and perform audit projects at a variety of FCA offices and facilities across the APAC region. •Based on business needs and have opportunities to work abroad.
Education: •MBA/Master’s degree (various majors) or CPA Experience: •Minimum of 4 years of professional experience Skills & Competence : •General Skills: -Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment -Advanced technical and quantitative skills -Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills -Demonstrated leadership experience -Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time •Personal Traits: -Keen business acumen, strong analytic skills and tremendous drive for results -Unparalleled curiosity and focus -Ability to adapt and handle adversity -High energy and personal motivation -Driven by challenge and anxious to contribute -High level of emotional intelligence and relationship building skills -Actively seeks input from stakeholders, solicits feedback and takes action -Open minded and champion for change -Unquestionable integrity and credibility -Committed and accountable team player
