Manufacturing Planning and Control,
Manpower Standards Manager

I joined FCA in 2014, starting my career as a logistics-engineering specialist at AGAP plant, in Grugliasco (Turin), where Maserati Ghibli and Maserati Quattroporte are produced.

During my assessment, the recruiter asked me which area I would like to work in, and I replied: “In the place where cars are made!” Today I would add… “And what cars!”

I started where I’ve always dreamed of being, where everything takes shape, where you become proud of what you do because every day you touch the result of your work. Wearing the Maserati uniform represented belonging to a big family that works tenaciously every day to achieve the same goals.

Now I work in the EMEA Region Manufacturing Headquarters as a team manager of the department that deals with manpower evaluation for both car models on the market and new models; this let’s me have a look not only at the present but also at the future of the Company.

Working in a company as FCA means having the opportunity to grow and to contribute actively to the future change.

This is what I love most about my job: I am a main character, together with many young talents like me, of a global reality. The comparison with other colleagues who work in different parts of the world contributes to broaden my horizons and to extend my limits.

Teamwork, consistency, dedication and flexibility are the main characteristics of those who work in FCA.

“We are what we do, excellence is therefore not an act but a habit.” I would say that it is the motto that best represents FCA.

Assembly Unit Manager

After my graduation in industrial engineering, I started working for FCA. I am very lucky because I have the job I have always dreamed of. I manage more than 1,000 people and I’ve had the precious opportunity to work for Maserati Levante, a luxury complicated product that requires particular attention.

I need to feel the factory that produces. I need to live in the heart of the Company. This job is not for everyone, it must be tailor made: you must like it, you must know how to deal with people, you must be passionate about the product and you must know how to manage stress.

Working for FCA gives you the opportunity to reap the benefits of a multinational company and to enjoy a strong sense of belonging, the one typical of a family.
