INDUSTRIAL GRADUATES PROGRAM
FCA’s Industrial Graduates Program in China offers a 2-year “Road to Excellence” with a comprehensive onboarding program that gives you the chance to explore the all-around business, including visits to one of our dealers and plants. We strongly believe that commitment and contribution to this program throughout the whole organization will successfully establish our talents of the future.
You will follow a structured development program with specific training sessions and technical rotation opportunities accompanied by a mentoring program tailored to your needs. You will strengthen your project leadership skills, as well as build extensive professional network and strong business foundation necessary for future success. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offered a full-time engineering position.
NEWLY PROMOTED MANAGER LEADERSHIP
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (NPLDP)
This 6-month learning journey is designed for FCA employees that move from an individual contributor role to that of a first-time people manager. This step comes with an increased level of responsibility and we support our employees in adapting and meeting expectations.
MIDDLE MANAGERS LEADERSHIP

Our Middle Managers are continuously challenged by a fast-paced environment. The Middle Managers Leadership Development Program provides participants with competencies by enhancing leadership skills through formal training.
