GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

At FCA India, engineers from universities of excellence are invited into Graduate Trainee Program to learn and develop outstanding careers in the automotive world. We assess the candidate’s aptitude, technical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to become part of FCA’s culture and contribute to it. During the selection process, we evaluate your capabilities and aspirations, provide professional opportunity that fits best for you, and enable you to achieve your full potential.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS

FCA India offers a wide range of internship opportunities that can use your strengths in the best possible way while putting your theoretical knowledge to practical use. The Internship program is open to all students of Indian nationality studying in India or Indians studying abroad. During the selection process, we will evaluate you based on your background, your skill set and your interests.

FEATURES:

The internship can be of any duration, from 6 to 26 weeks, depending on the business needs and requirements. You will work in conjunction with an expert guide and, together with other colleagues, participate in projects structured around your study goals and interests. At the end of the internship, based on your evaluation and subjected to availability of job vacancies, a pre-placement offer can be extended to outstanding students.

BEHAVIORAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

The Behavioral Training Program is a set of courses designed for employees based on needs identified at an organizational level. These programs help the participants to improve or strengthen their leadership competencies through formal and informal learning opportunities.

FEATURES:

A blended learning plan that addresses key competencies the organization would like to improve throughout a specific year, based on management direction and analysis of FCA’s Performance and Leadership Management (PLM). The plan commences with an assessment of the learner and a pre-program assignment. Next, comes a classroom session and a follow-up for better learning assimilation. Post completion, the effectiveness of the program is assessed and further training is planned to enhance development. This approach not only improves learning, but also sets employees on a path of excellence as they progress further in their career.

  • FCA employee for more than 3 months

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)

The Management Development Program is designed to enhance the management effectiveness by expanding understanding of roles, stimulating insights about personal strengths and weaknesses, and exploring and practicing concrete and practical management skills.

FEATURES:

The MDP involves managers in the early stages of their careers, with the potential and aspiration to take on managerial responsibilities within their chosen fields. Learning opportunities include case studies, lectures, discussions, exercises and self-assessments. Small groups and individual coaching during and after sessions will support participants in transferring their knowledge, personal development, and accountability for change.

  • High performing managers leading a domain or a small function
  • Ambitious managers who aim at developing into a leadership role
  • Ability to implement techniques to deal with stress/work overload

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (LDP)

The Leadership Development Program is a unique learning proposition available for a select few high performing managers, aimed at equipping them with the evolving management concepts, practices, perspectives and approaches.

FEATURES:

The program is residential in nature and presents an intensive curriculum designed and delivered by premium management institutes in India, as identified by FCA. Instruction is aptly aligned to specific needs and fosters a more effective comprehension for the attendees through participative learning. The faculties offering the program are renowned in the areas of the specialization and have numerous years of experience in program facilitation.
